Responsibilities
Plan and execute the editorial calendar for social media (LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube and others, according to strategy);
Create content aligned with brand strategy, positioning and business objectives (corporate/institutional, educational and promotional);
Adapt technical software content into clear, strategic, value-oriented language;
Monitor performance metrics (reach, engagement, growth and leads);
Engage with the community by responding to comments and messages;
Support product launches, events, webinars and commercial campaigns;
Collaborate with Marketing, Product and Sales teams;
Monitor social media trends and the B2B market.
Requirements
Previous experience as a Social Media professional or in related areas;
Experience with social media in a B2B context (especially LinkedIn);
Strong written communication and a strategic sense for content;
Knowledge of social media management and scheduling tools;
Basic understanding of metrics and results analysis.
Nice-to-haves
Experience in technology or software companies;
Knowledge of marketing funnels, inbound marketing and lead generation;
Familiarity with marketing automation tools;
Experience creating content for decision-makers (managers, leaders, corporate stakeholders).
