About the role
- CRM Manager overseeing email marketing and project management in a top fitness company. Responsible for member communication and campaign execution in Germany.
Responsibilities
- Selbstständige Erstellung von automatisierten, triggerbasierten E-Mail Kampagnen für Fitness First
- Auswertung des Mailingerfolges anhand bestehender KPIs und Maßnahmenableitung, sowie Erstellung von Reports
- Weiterentwicklung der bestehenden Kommunikation
- Erstellung und Betreuung wiederkehrender Maßnahmen für Akquise, Retention, Ex-Member Aktionen für die Kanäle App, Club, E-Mail, SMS, Brief etc.
- Steuerung von Dienstleistern und Partnern
- Enge Zusammenarbeit und Koordination, sowie Durchführung von Kampagnen und CRM-Projekten mit den internen Abteilungen und den Clubs
- Selbstständige Erarbeitung von Prozessen zur Steigerung der Datenqualität
- Hinterfragen von bestehenden Prozessen und ggf. Optimierung bzw. Automatisierung
- Eigenständige Betreuung des Kampagnenmanagement Systems zur Umsetzung eines datengetriebenen, kanalübergreifenden Marketings
Requirements
- Mind. 1-2 Jahre Berufserfahrung im CRM-Bereich
- Gute Kenntnisse im Umgang mit CRM- und Kampagnenmanagement-Tools (z.B. Emarsys)
- Erfahrungen mit Business Analysen und Kampagnencontrolling anhand von KPIs
- Selbstbewusste, Teamorientierte Persönlichkeit mit Leidenschaft für die Fitness-Branche
