About the role

Responsibilities
- Hearings, appearances, small claims/special courts, defense, drafting simple petitions;
- Deadline tracking, issuance of court forms and payment slips, filing appeals (including appeals and embargoes);
- Answers/defenses and appeals;
Requirements
- Law degree (LL.B. or equivalent);
- Active registration with the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB);
- Basic knowledge of Civil Procedure;
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in the role or in similar activities;
