Responsibilities

  • CRM (focus on execution and setup)
  • Create complete customer journeys in Onodera’s CRM system (welcome, nurture, reactivation, and specific campaigns).
  • Develop smart segmentations for campaigns and flows.
  • Configure and optimize automated multichannel flows (email, WhatsApp, SMS).
  • Monitor key metrics and suggest simple adjustments (open rate, click-through, conversion).
  • Integrate forms, landing pages, and touchpoints with the CRM.
  • Produce blog articles based on defined briefs.
  • Write short copy for landing pages, emails, and funnel communications.
  • Ensure clarity, instructional quality, and alignment with the brand’s tone of voice.

Requirements

  • Hands-on experience with CRM systems.
  • Experience building journeys and flows from scratch.
  • Familiarity with segmentation and automation logic.
  • Strong written communication with a focus on conversion (clear, direct, informative copy).
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and execution-driven profile.
  • Experience creating blog content.
  • Basic knowledge of funnels, inbound marketing, and performance.
