About the role

Responsibilities
- Support and maintain robust supply chain compliance by implementing governance frameworks, managing audits, and ensuring adherence to Raytheon policies and regulatory requirements.
- Oversee supplier onboarding, risk monitoring, and vendor maintenance while resolving issues that impact On Time Delivery and supplier payments.
- Drive continuous improvement and digital transformation initiatives, maintain accurate compliance reporting and documentation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience in a compliance, procurement, or supply chain role within a defence, aerospace, or similarly regulated industry.
- Familiarity with export control regulations and international trade compliance.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments and with external suppliers.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-stakes, regulated environment.
- Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning systems (e.g. SAP).
- Ability to engage with internal and external stakeholder to develop a meaningful and value-added network.
- Experience of internal and external auditing, and corrective action resolution.
- Proven experience of problem-solving and continuous improvement.
- Good working knowledge of customer and supplier due diligence tools and techniques.
