Store Manager Assistant supporting daily shop operations while ensuring excellent customer experiences and team collaboration. Position is located in Leverkusen, Germany.
About the role
- Lead and oversee the design, development, and deployment of BI and analytics solutions leveraging Microsoft Data Stack (Azure Synapse, Azure Data Factory, Azure Data Lake, Power BI), Snowflake, and other modern analytics platforms.
- Manage end-to-end delivery of multiple client projects, ensuring high quality, timely delivery, and alignment with client objectives.
- Define best practices, standards, and guidelines for BI solution design, data governance, and security.
- Oversee the development of reusable assets, templates, and accelerators to improve delivery efficiency.
- Collaborate with clients to understand requirements, define BI roadmaps, and align solutions to business goals.
- Contribute to presales activities, including RFP responses, solution proposals, pricing strategies, and technical demos.
- Identify and pursue opportunities to expand BI and analytics services within existing accounts.
- Promote Agile/Scrum practices for delivery efficiency and team alignment.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in BI, analytics, and data visualization, with 3+ years in a managerial role.
- Strong expertise in Power BI and experience with Microsoft Data Stack (Azure Synapse, Azure Data Factory, Azure Data Lake) and Snowflake.
- Proficiency with SQL.
- Hands-on experience delivering both batch and streaming analytics.
- Strong consulting experience, including presales, proposal development, and client presentations.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to bridge business and technical perspectives.
