Responsibilities
- Key point of contact for our clients in Purchase to Pay, Order to Cash and Month End Close cycles
- Lead, manage and coach client services representatives and associates
- Review monthly journal entries prepared by support staff
- Approve bank reconciliations and general ledger account reconciliations
- Prepare/Review client’s monthly financial statements
- Analyse and interpret financial information for client management
- Continuously identify opportunities to enhance the clients’ monthly operations
Requirements
- CA or other accounting graduate/postgraduate
- Minimum 12 years of Record to report experience
- Good knowledge of accounting concepts
- Advanced written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Proficiency utilizing Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
- Experience with automated accounting systems (i.e. Intacct, NetSuite, Blackline, Bill.com, Tally)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in managing the project team
- Strong knowledge and experience in transitioning the process
