About the role

  • Value-Added Solutions Consultant supporting RS Group's sales team with tailored value-added solutions. Focused on customer engagement, solution design, and continuous improvement of VAS offerings.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Account Managers to understand client needs
  • Design and present tailored value-added solutions
  • Act as the technical expert during sales engagements
  • Assist in the preparation of proposals and presentations
  • Maintain a deep understanding of technical aspects of VAS offerings
  • Use CRM software to track customer interactions and sales outcomes
  • Work closely with various departments for successful implementation

Requirements

  • Proven experience in solution selling
  • Strong technical background
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills
  • Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other data insight platforms
  • Experience in solution selling or technical consulting roles
