About the role

  • Customer Service Representative in a hybrid role for RS Group. Supporting customers through multiple channels in a dynamic work environment from Warsaw with Czech and English proficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the first point of contact, quickly and effectively resolving customer issues.
  • Handle inbound calls and deliver real-time support via Live Chat and e‑mail.
  • Create meaningful customer interactions that contribute to an exceptional service experience.
  • Consistently exceed expectations by maintaining high service standards.
  • Deliver support that leaves a lasting, positive impression with every customer interaction.

Requirements

  • Fluent level of Czech language and good command of written and spoken English
  • Experience in dealing with customers either face-to-face or via phone
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to adapt to the changing environment
  • Ability to work under time pressure
  • Computer skills (Microsoft applications, SAP knowledge is an advantage)
