About the role

  • Customer Experience Operations Specialist working with policyholder service requests in cyber insurance. Collaborating with teams and facilitating document processing effectively in a hybrid role.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with activities related to agency and policyholder service requests.
  • Accurately review agency request changes for acceptability and process changes in the Cowbell platform.
  • Facilitate the completion of document requests from our agency partners and policyholders.
  • Process notices from the Cowbell platform to our agency partners and policyholders.
  • Collaborate with a fun team, while growing, learning, and teaching the company along the way.

Requirements

  • Proven success in operations and processing or the aptitude to obtain that experience.
  • Detail-oriented in all aspects of your work.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented mentality, taking initiative to solve problems with high energy and urgency.
  • Passion and resiliency.
  • Effective verbal and written skills.
  • Ability to understand financial statements, contracts, applications, and other insurance-related materials.
