Responsibilities
Drive growth within existing RS accounts and open new doors across the Benelux region
Build and execute strategic business development plans from idea to implementation
Work closely with marketing, suppliers, and sales to scale the PPE safety proposition
Identify market trends and translate them into new business opportunities and solutions
Introduce customers to our wide range of safety products, PPE, and innovative safety technologies
Directly influence revenue, visibility, and market position for RS Safety Solutions
Requirements
Proven experience in business development or sales, ideally in PPE or a technical/industrial sector
Entrepreneurial mindset: strategic thinker with hands-on execution
Excellent communication and influencing skills
Analytical strength and the ability to turn insights into actions
Collaborative attitude, paired with ownership and drive
Fluent in Dutch and English
Willingness to travel across the Benelux
