About the role

  • Business Development Manager at RS Safety Solutions driving PPE market growth in Benelux region while managing RS accounts and collaborating with suppliers and marketing teams.

Responsibilities

  • Drive growth within existing RS accounts and open new doors across the Benelux region
  • Build and execute strategic business development plans from idea to implementation
  • Work closely with marketing, suppliers, and sales to scale the PPE safety proposition
  • Identify market trends and translate them into new business opportunities and solutions
  • Introduce customers to our wide range of safety products, PPE, and innovative safety technologies
  • Directly influence revenue, visibility, and market position for RS Safety Solutions

Requirements

  • Proven experience in business development or sales, ideally in PPE or a technical/industrial sector
  • Entrepreneurial mindset: strategic thinker with hands-on execution
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills
  • Analytical strength and the ability to turn insights into actions
  • Collaborative attitude, paired with ownership and drive
  • Fluent in Dutch and English
  • Willingness to travel across the Benelux
