- Degree in an IT-related field (e.g., Computer Science, Business Informatics) or equivalent qualification
- Experience in IT development or an agile software development environment with (partial) product responsibility
- Experience in agile project management with Scrum
- Analytical and conceptual thinking; independent, structured and goal-oriented working style
- Strong communication skills and organizational ability
- Strong facilitation/moderation skills
- Enjoys working in a team
- German language skills, written and spoken, at native level
- Good English skills, written and spoken
- Experience with ERP/inventory management systems
