About the role

  • Marketing Manager responsible for aligning local campaigns with brand strategy and driving customer acquisition in Bucharest HQ. Collaborating with PR and commercial teams for local initiatives and performance optimization.

Responsibilities

  • Adapt and execute central brand campaigns for your local market, ensuring they resonate with local customer needs and reflect market-specific dynamics.
  • Plan and deliver additional local marketing initiatives that support country business goals including FTU growth, order frequency, and retention.
  • Manage the local marketing calendar, ensuring timely delivery of all campaigns and materials.
  • Collaborate closely with the PR team to support local press activities, product launches, and brand storytelling initiatives.
  • Provide marketing materials, campaign context, and local insights that enable effective PR outreach in your market.
  • Ensure consistency between paid marketing activity and earned media messaging to reinforce a coherent brand narrative.
  • Use AI tools to scale content production, streamline workflows, and improve campaign effectiveness in your market.
  • Proactively explore new formats, tools, and approaches to improve campaign efficiency and results.
  • Ensure all marketing activities contribute directly to measurable business outcomes: FTU growth, orders, and customer retention.
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyse results, and apply learnings to continuously optimise local marketing activities.
  • Track local customer behaviour, market trends, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
  • Partner with local commercial teams to ensure marketing activity supports trading priorities and business initiatives.
  • Work with central Brand, Social, CRM, and Display teams to align messaging, creative assets, and audience targeting.
  • Serve as the primary marketing point of contact for your market, managing relationships with internal stakeholders effectively.
  • Safeguard Rohlik's brand voice and visual identity across all local marketing touchpoints and channels.
  • Ensure local adaptations remain within agreed brand guidelines while addressing genuine market-specific needs.
  • Manage the local marketing budget effectively, ensuring strong ROI across channels and campaigns.
  • Track spend vs. plan and flag risks or opportunities proactively.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of marketing experience, ideally in e-commerce, FMCG, or a fast-paced consumer brand environment.
  • Proven track record of executing performance-oriented campaigns that deliver on FTUs, orders, or retention.
  • Strong project management skills — ability to run campaigns end-to-end, on time, and within budget.
  • Experience collaborating with PR teams or supporting media/communications activities.
  • Familiarity with AI tools for content creation, analytics, or workflow efficiency.
  • Good understanding of digital marketing channels including social, display, CRM, and influencer.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to assess performance and optimise activities.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills — able to work effectively with both local and central teams.
  • Fluent in English
