About the role

  • Marketing Lead driving product positioning and launches for a healthcare fintech company. Collaborating with teams to develop compelling narratives and execute impactful marketing strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Translate complex product features into compelling stories for our target audience.
  • Own the Nelly website end-to-end and make it a lead-generating asset.
  • Maintain consistency across the website, landing pages, sales materials, and launches.
  • Align positioning with pricing and packaging logic.
  • Develop content that educates, builds trust, and moves prospects toward Sales.
  • Produce content that will feed into paid channels (e.g., Meta campaigns).
  • Ensure our digital presence reflects where Nelly is heading.
  • Plan and execute B2B marketing campaigns around product launches, seasonal moments, and key sales initiatives.
  • Own the end-to-end narrative: from positioning brief to live campaign.
  • Define rollout strategies and launch sequencing.
  • Craft compelling launch narratives.
  • Ensure launches drive adoption, pipeline, and revenue impact.

Requirements

  • Business-fluent German and English required.
  • Minimum of 3 years in Product Marketing, Growth, or other commercial roles.
  • Proven experience building new channels (0 → 1).
  • Proven experience optimizing and scaling channels (1 → N).
  • Close collaboration with Product and Sales teams.
  • Experience in competitive analysis and market research.
  • Strong positioning and narrative development skills.
  • Ability to translate product complexity into clear commercial value.
  • Structured, analytical thinking.
  • Clear and persuasive written communication in German.
