Responsibilities
Translate complex product features into compelling stories for our target audience.
Own the Nelly website end-to-end and make it a lead-generating asset.
Maintain consistency across the website, landing pages, sales materials, and launches.
Align positioning with pricing and packaging logic.
Develop content that educates, builds trust, and moves prospects toward Sales.
Produce content that will feed into paid channels (e.g., Meta campaigns).
Ensure our digital presence reflects where Nelly is heading.
Plan and execute B2B marketing campaigns around product launches, seasonal moments, and key sales initiatives.
Own the end-to-end narrative: from positioning brief to live campaign.
Define rollout strategies and launch sequencing.
Craft compelling launch narratives.
Ensure launches drive adoption, pipeline, and revenue impact.
Requirements
Business-fluent German and English required.
Minimum of 3 years in Product Marketing, Growth, or other commercial roles.
Proven experience building new channels (0 → 1).
Proven experience optimizing and scaling channels (1 → N).
Close collaboration with Product and Sales teams.
Experience in competitive analysis and market research.
Strong positioning and narrative development skills.
Ability to translate product complexity into clear commercial value.
Structured, analytical thinking.
Clear and persuasive written communication in German.
