Responsibilities
Execute state chapter marketing campaigns supporting membership acquisition, engagement, and retention.
Build, deploy, and manage email, digital, and lifecycle campaigns using established tools, templates, and standards.
Translate direction from Association Managers and chapter leaders into campaign plans, timelines, and deliverables.
Coordinate campaign assets, messaging, and deployment across channels.
Ensure campaigns are delivered accurately, on time, and in alignment with brand and compliance standards.
Track and report on campaign performance against defined goals and benchmarks.
Analyze results and surface insights for Association Managers and marketing leadership.
Recommend tactical optimizations to improve outcomes.
Requirements
A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, or related field is preferred.
4+ years of hands-on marketing execution experience.
Experience working with associations, chapters, or membership-based organizations preferred.
Strong working knowledge of marketing execution best practices, including email marketing, digital campaigns, lifecycle communications, and audience segmentation.
Strong technical proficiency with marketing automation tools, email platforms, and campaign deployment workflows.
Knowledge of marketing analytics and performance metrics, with the ability to track results and interpret data.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to build, manage, and execute campaigns using established templates, standards, and processes.
