Responsibilities
Participate in the planning and end-to-end management of local events
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop brand strategies
Assist in implementing tracking systems to measure the impact of initiatives
Work with Kyndryl teams to identify local business opportunities
Contribute to the creation of promotional content and communication materials
Assist in gathering and analyzing client needs
Participate in client meetings to collect information
Work closely with internal teams (Delivery, Sales, Technical)
Help set up tracking reports for events and opportunities
Requirements
Master’s level (business school or university)
Microsoft Office suite (PowerPoint, Excel)
English: minimum B2
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Initiative and creativity
Curiosity, proactivity, and organizational skills
Familiarity with digital marketing tools and social media is a plus
