About the role

  • Salesforce Engineer at Rockwell Automation designing and building enterprise-wide applications. Collaborating in Agile teams to enhance systems and services for improved user experiences.

Responsibilities

  • You will design, code and test new enterprise-wide applications
  • You will write high-quality code compliant with enterprise and industry standards
  • You will collaborate with product owners and partners to ensure understanding of priorities
  • You will coordinate the efficiency of multiple systems and services
  • You will develop required test scenarios/plans to ensure complete testing on all new and changed components
  • You will troubleshoot problems identified by users
  • You will help to create a culture of openness and transparency
  • You will collaborate with capability team to build an Agile culture in teams
  • You will coordinate with partners to understand and document functional requirements related to the end-user experience
  • You will understand user needs based on functional requirements, user research, market analysis, customer feedback, and usability findings
  • You will identify design problems and create usable solutions
  • You will build relationships with all kinds of partners across the organization
  • You will help design and implement user research and usability testing to better understand end-user needs
  • You will ensure that third-party applications and products are customized to deliver a end-user experience.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent relevant work experience.
  • Typically requires 5 years of related experience
  • Experience implementing Salesforce
  • Experience in systems development lifecycle
  • Experience with Agile development methodologies
  • Experience with server-side architectures and system design
  • Experience with .NET, C#, JavaScript, and Microsoft SQL
  • Experience developing and deploying cloud-based solutions
  • Experience with CI/CD
  • Adapt quickly to new technologies and changing our requirements
  • Work with multiple partners and influence project decisions
