About the role

  • Sales Support Representative providing pricing and quotation support to Sales teams at Rockwell Automation. Assisting with customer queries and maintaining CRM data quality.

Responsibilities

  • Provide CRM data quality support and maintenance to the Sales team.
  • Provide first level support to the Sales team with internal RA processes and tools.
  • Assist the Sales team with customer queries, including signposting to the correct department.
  • Assist in reducing the administrative burden on Sales team.
  • Assist in providing a great experience for customers.
  • Good experience and understanding of Rockwell products, processes and tools.
  • Keeps skills and knowledge in all areas (organizational, technical, and commercial) up to date.
  • Provide continuing liaison with sales forces, internal departments within matrix structure, customers, and distribution channels.
  • Provides information to support effective management of the business.
  • Demonstrates behavior in accordance with Rockwell Automation values.
  • Acts with highest integrity in all areas.
  • Independent working behavior.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or similar
  • Excellent English language (write, read and speak).
  • Prior experience in customer support with a technology-based organization.
  • PC knowledge: MS Office Suite especially Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Daily use of CRM packages.
