About the role
- Workday People Analytics Specialist at Rockwell Automation seeking to deliver actionable insights through the Workday platform. Partnering with HR to support data-driven talent decisions in a hybrid role.
Responsibilities
- Partner with HR and business leaders to understand needs, document requirements, and provide data-driven recommendations.
- Translate business requirements into impactful reports and dashboards that enable organizational insights.
- Work closely with HR Technology, IT, and stakeholders to ensure data integrity and robust analytics solutions.
- Configure Workday dashboards, reports, Discovery Boards, People Analytics, and Prism. Provide training and troubleshoot issues.
- Establish and maintain standards for people analytics, collaborating with HR partners to centralize metric definitions.
- Partner with HR, Ethics & Compliance, Data Privacy, and Legal to uphold data privacy and security standards.
- Guide team members on best practices and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Management Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience configuring Workday dashboards, reporting, Discovery Boards, Prism, and People Analytics.
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Experience designing and implementing dashboards in other analytics platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
- Project management experience with multiple priorities and stakeholders.
- Familiarity with configuration of the full Workday HCM suite.
