About the role

  • Developing partner marketing strategies to drive demand generation at Rockwell Automation. Collaborating with sales and marketing teams to amplify reach and revenue growth.

Responsibilities

  • Develop an understanding of RA GTM, portfolio, industries, strategic account plans, and our partner ecosystem working directly with sales.
  • Responsible for partner marketing and direct marketing focusing on demand generation for both motions to drive a bigger wallet share and pursuing new logos.
  • Collaborate with marketing Centers of Excellence (CoE) to align campaigns and programs to the subregion strategy to engage new personas, acquire new buying centers, and implement cross-sell and up-sell campaigns.
  • Lead demand generation strategies with partners.
  • Be the primary marketing contact for sales and partners in your sub region in North America.
  • Report to the Director, Marketing - Americas.
  • Integrate product marketing launches into marketing plans.
  • Drive periodic reviews with the sales team to give visibility to results and performance and define improvements to the plans.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job opening.
  • 5+ years of enterprise B2B marketing experience in high-tech/industrial software, hardware and services environments
  • Experience creating marketing account strategies applying modern marketing principles into strategic accounts including: account-based marketing (ABM), marketing automation/nurture programs, intent-based programmatic marketing and the integration of online and offline tactics (events).
  • Modern and integrated marketing experience
  • Experience in Channel Marketing
  • Experience working with sales teams, partner ecosystem and supporting programs to guide impact (Pipeline, Revenue…)
  • Consultative marketing approach to engage with sales and channel partner community
  • Budget and performance driven experience.
