About the role

  • Marketing Lead for PNC's Corporate & Institutional Banking, developing integrated marketing strategies and campaigns. Collaborating with market research, sales leadership, and digital media teams to drive customer engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Develop value proposition for segment and sub-segments, incorporating key messages for relevant products
  • Work with market research to identify audience insights and mindset
  • Understand personas and decision makers and develop journey maps
  • Work with sales leadership to identify marketing opportunities at each stage of the sales funnel
  • Develop acquisition and retention campaigns
  • Develop content strategy and produce thought leadership for target segments and sub-segments
  • Develop prospect experience on PNC.com and maintain content updates for line of business
  • Partner with digital, social and paid media teams to execute paid search, SEO, paid social and paid media
  • Lead agency management and coordination
  • Establishes the budget and has the capability to apply policies and practices for planning and administering a budget
  • Manages activities including coordination with legal, compliance, finance, risk and other key partners

Requirements

  • Experience in Institutional marketing or understanding of banking for corporate and commercial segments is highly desired.
  • 5+ years of industry-relevant experience.
  • university / college degree,
  • Specific certifications are often required.
  • In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered.
