Responsibilities
Acquisition and management of international customers in the field of agricultural machinery and the development of additional business areas
Conduct negotiations and conclude contracts with international customers and partners
Collaborate with the field sales team and coordinate with all internal departments
Support the external sales team in the purchase and sale of used machinery
Monitor and improve processes and communication channels
Monitor competitors and analyze market potential to develop a sustainable used-machinery sales strategy
Build and maintain a strong customer and partner network worldwide
Participate in trade shows, conferences and customer events to represent the company and generate new business opportunities
Requirements
Degree or vocational qualification in a technical or commercial discipline
Structured and sustainable way of working with a strong hands-on mentality
Team player with excellent communication skills
Strong negotiation skills and a confident manner
Strong sales and service orientation
Commercial and business-minded thinking and acting, together with technical understanding and an affinity for agricultural machinery
Extensive experience in selling capital goods and in sales processes
Excellent written and spoken English; additional languages are an advantage
Proficient in MS Office
Willingness to travel
