About the role
- Support deployment and operation of connectivity solutions for RNP customers, ensuring timely delivery and quality monitoring. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives using automation, data analysis and AI-based tools.
Responsibilities
- Monitor deployments of connectivity solutions that link RNP customers to its IP backbone, the Ipê network, ensuring vendors and internal teams meet agreed deadlines.
- Analyze technical issues during solution deployments with vendors and internal teams and propose corrective actions.
- Support the operation and maintenance of solutions by monitoring performance and quality indicators.
- Assist with continuous improvement projects, applying basic concepts of automation and data analysis.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to identify opportunities to use AI-based solutions and analytical tools to optimize technical and administrative processes.
- Contribute to the preparation of reports, technical notes and activity documentation, ensuring traceability of actions performed.
- Monitor technology trends in the telecommunications sector, with a focus on connectivity, digitization and innovation.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related fields.
- Proven experience in telecommunications, which may include internship experience.
- Basic knowledge of communication networks, protocols and telecommunications infrastructure.
- Basic knowledge of the telecommunications sector (services, vendors, regulation, etc.).
- Basic knowledge of configuring Cisco, Juniper and/or Huawei routers and switches.
- Familiarity with digital productivity tools and strong organizational skills.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Availability to travel.
- Advanced English.
- Desired: Knowledge of programming in Python.
- Desired: Familiarity with AI tools and concepts (use of AI assistants, task automation, predictive analytics or data processing).
