About the role

  • Purchasing Specialist managing IVI America Purchasing Platform and ensuring competitive vendor pricing. Overseeing equipment sourcing and GPO agreements for new practices.

Responsibilities

  • Maintaining the IVI America Purchasing Platform with updated products
  • Reviewing pricing between vendors to ensure we are remaining competitive
  • Source consumables or equipment from other vendors if there are shortages
  • Handle the setup of new Practices with our current preferred vendors
  • Price out equipment as directed for replacement or new practices
  • Keep GPO agreements updated with all practices

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree Preferred but associates degree with applicable work experience acceptable
  • Minimum 2-3 years’ relevant work experience
  • Basic computer skills; word and email - required
  • Knowledge of office procedure and office machines (i.e., computer, fax, copier, etc.).
