About the role

  • Direct Sales Agent responsible for engaging customers and driving sales through phone and in-person interactions. Targeting small businesses and retail customers to secure new business in Kingston.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound calls and visits to promote products and secure new business.
  • Execute focused sales campaigns to generate leads and meet sales targets.
  • Engage prospective customers to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions.
  • Maintain accurate and timely records of all customer interactions in CRM systems.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to support promotions and campaigns.
  • Provide feedback and insights from the field to help improve sales strategies.
  • Represent the company with professionalism and enthusiasm in every interaction.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years’ experience in sales, telesales, or customer engagement preferred.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong goal orientation with a proven ability to meet or exceed targets.
  • Working knowledge of digital media or advertising is an advantage.
  • Comfortable using technology and CRM tools to manage sales activity.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently.
