About the role

  • Manage Rise at Seven’s social media channels (LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X) — from content planning and creation to scheduling and reporting.
  • Repurpose content across platforms: blogs, email newsletters, video clips, and carousels.
  • Support community management, engagement, and brand tone of voice.
  • Lead paid social amplification for key content launches working closely with our paid team who will do the management
  • Plan all creative content marketing activity - videos, studio assets, reports, Creation of assets using Canva, written content reports etc
  • Keep the Rise at Seven website up to date with new case studies, blog posts, and campaign content running a comprehensive SEO and content programme that keeps us as the most visible site in our field
  • Manage rollout of Rise at Seven agency marketing campaigns end-to-end, managing roadmaps, working with studio and data teams ensuring assets go live on time and aligned to objectives.
  • Implement and optimise the marketing plan across paid, owned, and earned channels - including social, email, events and website.
  • Coordinate new case studies, reports, client wins, hero content launches, and product announcements across UK, US, and EU markets.
  • Collaborate with in-house SEO, PR, Creative, and Social teams to create content ideas and themes under a structured roadmap
  • Track ROI and campaign performance, providing actionable insights and optimisation suggestions.
  • Lead the planning and operational delivery of Rise at Seven events, webinars, and roundtables - from concept to guest comms, logistics, and post-event follow-up.
  • Manage conference activations, sponsorships, and speaker opportunities across the UK, US, and Europe.
  • Work with the leadership team to build and manage an annual calendar of owned and partner events.
  • Attend key industry events, capturing live content and supporting the sales and marketing teams on the ground.
  • Manage marketing collateral, signage, and post-event performance reports.
  • Run targeted ABM campaigns - using paid and organic for lead generation
  • Run email marketing and lead nurturing programme - downloads, industry updates, etc
  • Work with HubSpot to nurture leads through automation flows and audience segmentation.
  • Build dashboards to track performance
  • Test and scale new growth activity, channels and formats

Requirements

  • 3–5 years in marketing, growth, or campaign management (agency or brand).
  • Experience running multi-channel campaigns and events.
  • Working knowledge of paid social (LinkedIn, Meta) and marketing automation tools (HubSpot preferred).
  • Strong project management and communication skills.
  • Analytical mindset comfortable working with data, dashboards, and performance metrics.
  • Creative and proactive thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
  • Experience in SEO, content marketing, or B2B lead gen.
