Responsibilities

Produce high-quality written content including website copy, blogs, case studies, social media, and promotional campaign materials.
Translate complex or technical topics into clear, engaging, and audience-friendly narratives.
Maintain consistency in tone, messaging, and brand voice across all communication channels and content types.
Collaborate with marketing, performance, and design teams to align content with broader business campaigns and initiatives.
Provide creative direction to designers regarding content flow, messaging context, and intended visual emphasis.
Support event coverage through the creation of live updates, post-event write-ups, and social media recaps.
Edit and proofread all materials to ensure the highest standards of clarity, accuracy, and grammatical quality.
Apply basic SEO best practices to digital content to improve search visibility and audience reach.
Manage post-acquisition content duties including retention messaging, customer queries, and billing-related communications.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, or a related field.
Proven professional experience in content writing, copywriting, or marketing-focused roles.
Demonstrated ability in storytelling and conducting interviews to extract key messaging.
Portfolio of work including advertising copy and social media content.
Proficiency in writing for B2B, technology, or professional services industries.
Advanced proficiency in written English with a focus on grammar and stylistic versatility.
Functional knowledge of basic SEO best practices and their application in digital content
