Requirements
At least 7 years of relevant experience in B2B sales for IT freelancing.
Confident presentation skills, active networking ability, and strong communication skills.
Client-facing advisory competence and a demonstrable client-centric approach.
In-depth knowledge of placing IT consultants.
Strong negotiation skills and the ability to conduct professional business negotiations.
Experience working with CRM systems (HubSpot).
Analytical thinking as well as fluent German (C1) and working-level English (B2).
