Responsibilities
- Lead the complete planning of store implementation projects, from preliminary studies through handover;
- Coordinate and integrate architectural, complementary, and supplier projects;
- Ensure all projects comply with standards, technical regulations, and brand guidelines;
- Monitor the physical schedule, identify risks, and propose action plans;
- Prepare scopes, technical specifications and documents for tender processes;
- Request, analyze, and reconcile technical and commercial proposals;
- Support the procurement team in negotiations and contracting;
- Prepare and monitor executive budgets and cost estimates;
- Control costs, disbursements, and the project's financial progress;
- Record and report deviations, proposing corrective measures when necessary;
- Interface with construction teams to ensure execution within scope and project guidelines;
- Oversee critical stages, technical site visits, checklists, and delivery milestones;
- Ensure the final quality of the store for opening, coordinating final adjustments (post-construction when necessary).
Requirements
- Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related fields;
- Solid experience in store implementation, commercial construction, or retail projects;
- Knowledge of project coordination/integration, budgeting, planning, and construction management;
- Proficiency in project management tools and Microsoft Office;
- Analytical and organized profile with excellent communication skills;
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under challenging deadlines.
