Responsibilities

Monitor workstreams to surface bottlenecks or cross-functional challenges affecting project delivery.
Develop appropriate responses to unforeseen project events, ensuring that the project goals (cost, schedule, specifications) are met.
Prepare and deliver concise project updates, status reports, and communication materials for stakeholders and leadership.
Foster a collaborative, inclusive environment that encourages transparency, accountability, and constructive conflict resolution.
Facilitate project-level retrospectives and ensure lessons learned are applied to future work.
Champion use of NPD processes, tools, and templates and provide feedback for improvement opportunities.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree.
5+ years of experience in project management in new product development or technology environments.
Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, or equivalent).
Demonstrated ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and manage structured project execution.
Strong communication, organization, and facilitation skills.
