About the role

  • Assistente de Compras assisting product management at Riachuelo. Involve daily routine tasks and supplier relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Direct support to the product manager, assisting with routine commercial activities;
  • Recording orders and materials in the system;
  • Reviewing and validating registered data;
  • Supplier relationship management and follow-up, including monitoring deliveries at the distribution center (DC);
  • Supporting the team, managing samples and providing support to the product area.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (in progress or completed) in a related field;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and intermediate Excel skills;
  • Experience with SAP and PLM systems is considered a plus;
  • Intermediate to advanced English is considered a plus;
  • Organized, with strong control and agility to manage the department's demands;
  • Good communication skills and ease interacting with diverse audiences, both internal and external;
