About the role
- Purchaser focusing on E-Procurement & process optimization at Funkwerk Group, responsible for procurement of goods and services with digital solutions.
Responsibilities
- Verantwortung für die Beschaffung definierter Warengruppen (Material & Dienstleistungen)
- Durchführung, Auswertung und Weiterentwicklung von Ausschreibungen
- Auswahl, Entwicklung und Bewertung von Lieferanten
- Verhandlung und Abschluss von Rahmen-, Liefer- und projektbezogenen Verträgen
- Enge Abstimmung mit internen Bedarfsträgern und dem Abteilungsleiter Einkauf
- Aktive Mitgestaltung und kontinuierliche Optimierung der Einkaufsprozesse
- Weiterentwicklung und Betreuung des bestehenden E-Procurement-Systems
- Einführung, Implementierung und Betreuung neuer digitaler Tools im Einkaufsumfeld
- Identifikation von Automatisierungs- und KI-Potenzialen im Einkauf
- Schnittstelle zwischen Einkauf, IT und Fachbereichen bei System- und Prozessfragen
Requirements
- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder Studium, idealerweise mit digitalem, IT- oder prozessorientiertem Schwerpunkt
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Einkauf (operativ und/oder prozessual)
- Starkes Interesse an Digitalisierung, E-Procurement, neuen Tools und Technologien
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse in SAP sowie ausgeprägte MS-Office-Kenntnisse
- Analytische und strukturierte Arbeitsweise mit hoher Eigeninitiative
- Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
- Kommunikationsstärke und Freude an abteilungsübergreifender Zusammenarbeit.
