About the role

  • Assistente de Compras managing purchasing processes for Riachuelo's CBA team. Supporting product delivery and supplier communication while ensuring efficient workflows.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the purchasing process, from supplier/vendor registrations to the issuance of purchase orders;
  • Monitor product deliveries, ensuring deadlines are met;
  • Track orders and produce purchasing reports to help optimize workflow;
  • Maintain ongoing communication with suppliers and internal teams to ensure purchasing efficiency;
  • Assist with the control of purchasing documents and invoices;
  • Monitor supplier performance and report any quality or delivery issues;
  • Organize purchasing department documentation, including tracking spreadsheets and quotations.

Requirements

  • University degree (in progress or completed) in a related field;
  • Basic knowledge of procurement control tools, spreadsheets (Excel), and purchasing management systems (ERP);
  • Good verbal and written communication skills;
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work to deadlines;
  • Proactive, eager to learn, and comfortable working in a team.
