Responsibilities
- Prepare the Commercial Forecast (pre-season), analyzing trends to support the definition of annual sales, margin, and inventory targets;
- Support managers in strategic decision-making;
- Responsible for planning and monitoring, together with the commercial team, plan review activities (in-season) and the generation of assortment plans;
- Create and monitor reports that enable control and management of all planned KPIs;
- Perform analyses by cross-referencing data to generate insights and recommendations for continuous improvement of results;
- Prepare and provide reports/dashboards to ensure adherence to planned metrics;
- Support business areas by identifying and proposing new KPIs for performance monitoring;
- Identify commercial levers through studies and analyses that help continuously evolve and improve our results;
- Prepare various materials for executive presentations;
- Build strong partnerships and relationships with internal and external stakeholders;
- Analyze sales performance, inventory levels, stockouts, margins, portfolios (distribution among distribution centers and replenishment needs), and sales opportunities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree completed, preferably in Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields;
