Responsibilities
Structure and manage incentive programs (short-, medium- and long-term), linking performance and compensation;
Support and enhance salary cycles, including merit programs, promotions and review of job and salary structures;
Participate in strategic compensation projects with an analytical perspective and the ability to propose evidence-based solutions;
Conduct benchmarking studies, market analysis and salary range reviews;
Support HR Business Partners and leadership in compensation decisions with technical rationale and business insight;
Work on recognition strategies and total rewards, connecting data, culture and results;
Translate analyses into clear executive materials with data, storytelling and strategic recommendations.
Requirements
Solid experience in compensation;
Practical knowledge of short-, medium- and long-term incentive programs;
Proficiency in advanced Excel and Power BI;
Knowledge of methodologies such as Mercer, Towers Watson, Korn Ferry or similar is desirable;
Strategic, analytical profile with autonomy and strong communication skills with leadership;
Ability to operate in a dynamic environment, with business acumen, curiosity and critical thinking;
Hybrid work arrangement with availability to be on-site twice a week at the headquarters (Butantã, São Paulo).
