Responsibilities
- As a **Senior QA Engineer**, you will play a critical role in ensuring customer satisfaction and delivering high-quality software solutions. Here is what your role will look like:
- Lead quality assurance efforts by defining testing strategies for complex features and systems, creating comprehensive test plans, establishing testing standards, and continuously improving QA processes
- Own the quality of releases – we ship frequently and you'll ensure each release meets our quality standards
- Design and architect scalable test automation frameworks using Cypress and Playwright, while driving automation strategy and championing quality practices throughout the development lifecycle
- Work embedded in cross-functional teams alongside developers, influencing quality from the start
- Mentor junior and mid-level QA engineers, providing technical guidance and code reviews
- Ensure the quality of React and Next.js applications on desktop and mobile, focusing on online casino functionality and CRM technology
- Monitor applications and establish quality metrics to proactively identify issues
- Identify quality risks early, propose mitigation strategies, and participate in architectural discussions
Requirements
- 5+ years of QA experience with proven track record in test automation
- JavaScript/TypeScript knowledge
- Hands-on experience with Cypress and/or Playwright – at least one, both is a strong plus
- API testing experience with Postman or Insomnia
- Git – proficient with version control workflows
- Jira – experience with ticket management and test tracking
- CI/CD pipelines – experience integrating automated tests
- Track record of mentoring engineers and raising team quality standards
- Proactive ownership – you see problems, propose solutions, and drive them to completion without waiting to be asked
- Experience influencing engineering decisions and advocating for quality in architectural discussions
- Advanced English (you'll communicate with international teams daily)
