- Participate in internal training programs focused mainly on lean principles and operational excellence.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency at a regional level.
Requirements
- University degree (minimum BSc)
- Previous professional experience or internship
- Fluent in English (spoken and written); Turkish is a plus
- Data analytic skills and good affinity with Microsoft Excel (PowerBI is nice-to-have)
- Basic knowledge of the refractory industry is considered an asset
