Responsibilities
Desarrollar y gestionar cuentas del mercado de cemento
Identificar oportunidades y nuevos negocios
Elaborar y negociar propuestas técnicas y comerciales
Acompañar la implementación de soluciones en planta y la gestión de reclamos
Construir relaciones de largo plazo con clientes clave
Gestionar presupuesto, forecast y resultados de ventas
Trabajar en conjunto con áreas técnicas y operativas para la mejora continua de soluciones
Realizar negociaciones comerciales con clientes de cartera, así como con clientes potenciales/spot
Monitorear el sistema de información de su área
Actuar en la apertura de quejas de los clientes
Realizar interacciones con áreas de la empresa para desarrollar nuevos mercados, productos, estrategias y políticas
Requirements
Formación en ingenierías (química, mecánica, etc.)
Inglés avanzado
Amplia experiencia en mercado de cemento, con perfil técnico comercial
Alta disponibilidad para viajes y presencia en las plantas
Conocimiento de venta consultiva B2B de soluciones técnicas (se valorará)
Fuerte orientación a los resultados, seguridad y calidad
