Win SME B2C clients for our media planning through consultative selling that delivers impact.
Develop tailored media solutions: understand needs, outline strategy, present proposals, and close deals.
Build relationships as partners: from the first conversation to long-term collaborations.
Think beyond products: identify what the client really needs to turn reach into measurable results.
Work closely with our or client-side planning teams so that promises and performance align.
Keep pipeline, forecasts and activities accurate—because growth requires planning.
Requirements
You have several years of experience selling media planning/media consulting (agency environment) and know how to translate needs into solutions.
You feel comfortable in the SME B2C environment: short decision paths, clear decision-makers, fast execution.
You don't sell “ads” but impact: you argue with audiences, KPIs, and efficiency—and consistently close deals.
You build and maintain relationships sustainably—trustworthy, reliable, clear.
You communicate persuasively—very confident in German (spoken and written), and able to operate on equal terms with executive management and marketing.
You work independently, think proactively and follow through: ownership instead of excuses.
Experience with cross-media concepts (Digital, Print, OOH, Social).
