Responsibilities
Call warm and lukewarm leads from HubSpot
Schedule appointments for our executive management
Pre-qualify leads, including a brief needs analysis
Prepare for initial meetings (gather information, update CRM)
Close collaboration with management and marketing to ensure optimal lead flows
Optional: With top performance, progression toward a closer role
80–100 calls per day during the initial phase, later 100–120
Conversion rate from set appointments: 35–50%
Requirements
Fluent German
Comfortable speaking on the phone
Strong hunter mentality and perseverance
Excellent communication skills and empathy
Organized and quick to grasp new information
Motivated by performance, growth, and teamwork
Experience in sales or outbound (nice to have)
Experience in agencies or social media (nice to have)
Some exposure to CRM systems (nice to have)
