About the role

  • Junior Sales Manager responsible for outbound calling and lead qualification. Working in a rapidly growing social media agency supporting E-Commerce brands and SMEs in lead generation.

Responsibilities

  • Call warm and lukewarm leads from HubSpot
  • Schedule appointments for our executive management
  • Pre-qualify leads, including a brief needs analysis
  • Prepare for initial meetings (gather information, update CRM)
  • Close collaboration with management and marketing to ensure optimal lead flows
  • Optional: With top performance, progression toward a closer role
  • 80–100 calls per day during the initial phase, later 100–120
  • Conversion rate from set appointments: 35–50%

Requirements

  • Fluent German
  • Comfortable speaking on the phone
  • Strong hunter mentality and perseverance
  • Excellent communication skills and empathy
  • Organized and quick to grasp new information
  • Motivated by performance, growth, and teamwork
  • Experience in sales or outbound (nice to have)
  • Experience in agencies or social media (nice to have)
  • Some exposure to CRM systems (nice to have)
  • Career changers / lateral entrants absolutely welcome
