About the role

  • Sales Manager driving team performance and sales execution at tech-enabled logistics provider. Managing development of sales teams and ensuring effective adoption of technology in processes.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop Business Development Representatives and Outside Sales Reps
  • Lead coaching rhythms and refine sales processes
  • Ensure technology adoption and effective use across sales teams
  • Remove barriers to performance and improve data integrity
  • Support new technology deployment and training
  • Collaborate with various internal teams to enhance customer experience

Requirements

  • 5–7+ years of experience in sales leadership, sales enablement, or revenue operations
  • Experience managing teams of BDRs, AMs, or sales support roles
  • Strong process discipline and familiarity with FBA-style execution
  • Experience training teams on technology tools and workflows
  • Proficiency with CRM systems; experience with dispatch/logistics tech a plus
  • Ability to communicate complex features simply and effectively
  • Strong coaching, problem-solving, and people development skills
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and solve operational challenges
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, evolving, high-growth environment
