About the role

  • Customer Support Representative at EDIT Systems GmbH providing support for ERP solutions to clients. Managing customer inquiries and onboarding processes in a hybrid work environment.

Responsibilities

  • First point of contact for existing and new customers for all reybex products
  • Management of existing customers and responsibility for onboarding new customers
  • Handling customer inquiries and providing 1st- and 2nd-level support
  • Act as an interface between customers, the development team and product management
  • Coordination and delivery of webinars and training sessions
  • Creation of FAQs, documentation and help videos, and optimization of self-service resources

Requirements

  • You have successfully completed a technical or business-related degree, e.g. (Business) Informatics, and demonstrate broad know-how across the entire value chain (purchasing, materials management, CRM/sales)
  • Ideally, you have initial professional experience as an ERP consultant/developer or have already acquired ERP expertise in a responsible position
  • You bring a strong process understanding for medium-sized companies as well as excellent methodological skills (presentation and moderation)
  • Good SQL and programming skills
  • Fluent German and English language skills
