Customer Support Representative for reybex ERP products, assisting clients and coordinating support, onboarding, and training. Working for an innovative IT solutions provider in Germany.
Responsibilities
First point of contact for existing and new customers for all reybex products
Support of existing customers and responsibility for onboarding new customers
Handling customer inquiries and providing assistance as part of 1st- and 2nd-level support
Acting as an interface between customers, the development team and product management
Coordination and delivery of webinars and training sessions
Creation of FAQs, documentation and help videos as well as optimization of self-service options
Requirements
Technical or business degree, e.g., Business Informatics/Computer Science
Broad know-how across the entire value chain (purchasing, materials management, CRM/sales)
Initial professional experience as an ERP consultant/developer or in a responsible role
Strong process understanding of medium-sized companies (SMEs)
Excellent methodological skills (presentation and facilitation)
Good SQL and programming skills
Confident German and English language skills (spoken and written)
