About the role

  • Account Manager at Rex RealTrust managing client portfolios and ensuring high-quality service in trust accounting sector. Focus on onboarding, relationship management, and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end lifecycle of your client portfolio, from onboarding through to long-term relationship management and service optimisation
  • Lead the onboarding of new clients, ensuring a smooth transition into Rex RealTrust systems and processes
  • Act as the primary relationship manager for assigned clients
  • Schedule regular client check-ins and conduct client visits to strengthen partnerships
  • Provide structured feedback to Team Leads and support quality assurance escalations
  • Act as the central feedback link between clients, operations and leadership

Requirements

  • Proven experience in trust accounting or the commercial property industry (highly regarded)
  • Strong client relationship and stakeholder management skills
  • A confident communicator, comfortable leading client conversations and internal training
  • Ability to balance client needs with operational realities
  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
  • Strong organisational skills and commercial awareness
