Responsibilities
Own the end-to-end lifecycle of your client portfolio, from onboarding through to long-term relationship management and service optimisation
Lead the onboarding of new clients, ensuring a smooth transition into Rex RealTrust systems and processes
Act as the primary relationship manager for assigned clients
Schedule regular client check-ins and conduct client visits to strengthen partnerships
Provide structured feedback to Team Leads and support quality assurance escalations
Act as the central feedback link between clients, operations and leadership
Requirements
Proven experience in trust accounting or the commercial property industry (highly regarded)
Strong client relationship and stakeholder management skills
A confident communicator, comfortable leading client conversations and internal training
Ability to balance client needs with operational realities
A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
Strong organisational skills and commercial awareness
