About the role

  • Brand & Communications Coordinator responsible for internal communications and branding initiatives for Reward Gateway in Bulgaria. Aligning global communications with the Bulgarian employee base.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage internal communication strategies and content tailored to the Bulgarian audience
  • Coordinate and streamline global communications to ensure relevance and clarity for Bulgarian employees
  • Create and distribute newsletters, internal campaigns, and employee satisfaction surveys
  • Maintain and update internal communication platforms and tools.
  • Support the BG Senior Management Team (SMT) in communicating culture strategy and organizational updates
  • Ensure all communications and branding efforts adhere to employer quality guidelines and reflect the company's tone, values, and visual identity
  • Act as a brand ambassador, promoting consistency in messaging and style across all local operations
  • Actively participate in the outline of the local employer branding strategy in alignment with the global Employee Value Proposition (EVP) where applicable
  • Own the promotion of the employer brand in Bulgaria internally and externally
  • Create and maintain solid and long-term partnerships with relevant local organizations (i.e. media outlets, universities, local public administration divisions, career and networking events, etc.) to enhance the employer profile on the local labor market
  • Collaborate with local Talent Acquisition (TA) Partners to ensure consistent and compelling external messaging.
  • Develop content and campaigns that enhance the company's reputation as an employer of choice in Bulgaria.
  • Own and coordinate participation in various award campaigns in Bulgaria to enhance the employer profile. Ensure the relevant budget information is presented in a timely manner
  • Own and manage the local events calendar in collaboration with the BG SMT, TA, Workspace, and the local Experience Lead
  • Lead the planning and execution of company-wide events that promote internal engagement and external visibility (e.g. job fairs, open days)
  • Develop communication strategies for events to maximize impact and alignment with employer branding goals.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in internal communications, employer branding, or corporate communications
  • Experience working in a multinational or matrixed organization is a strong advantage
  • Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and coordinate across geographies
  • Experience with content creation, including writing, editing, and visual storytelling
  • Familiarity with communication platforms (e.g., SharePoint, MS Teams, email marketing tools)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field is an advantage
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bulgarian.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Creative mindset with attention to detail and brand alignment
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Cultural sensitivity and the ability to tailor messaging to diverse audiences
  • Proficiency in digital tools for communication, design, and analytics.
