About the role

  • Lead, inspire, and grow rEvolution’s Content team, providing vision, direction, and smart resource planning.
  • Deliver bold, culture-shaping ideas and strategic know-how for maximizing the impact of content across broadcast, digital, social, experiential, and everything in between.
  • Elevate both the ideation and execution of the Content team with your sharp creative eye and empowering leadership.
  • Serve as the primary production lead from concept through delivery, ensuring creative integrity, brand alignment, and flawless execution.
  • Partner with integrated teams to concept, pitch, and win big ideas for both current clients and new business opportunities.
  • Develop and manage a deep network of outsource talent.
  • Translate production needs and constraints into clear communication between creative, internal teams, and clients.
  • Develop bidding spec packages, manage the triple-bid process, and negotiate vendor and talent contracts.
  • Implement best-in-class workflows, tools, and timelines that keep production efficient and effective.
  • Oversee compliance with licensing, rights management, insurance, and legal requirements.
  • Resource projects by managing bandwidth, onboarding freelancers, and building a trusted network of partners.
  • Lead onsite productions, from crew operations to logistics, to deliver at the highest creative standards.
  • Raise the agency’s creative profile by pushing the work to a higher level of craft, originality, and cultural relevance.
  • Represent rEvolution with professionalism and creative authority in the marketplace.

Requirements

  • A portfolio/reel of produced work across diverse formats (broadcast, branded content, social-first, digital series, live, etc.)
  • 10+ years of experience in content production and/or creative leadership within agencies, brands, or production companies.
  • The ability to command a room—confident pitching big visions, steady in managing complexities.
  • References that vouch for your excellence in leading productions and elevating teams.
  • A deep network of freelance and production partners you can tap to scale projects with speed and quality.
  • A collaborative spirit—open to feedback, resilient under pressure, and fueled by team success.
  • A sharp, contemporary visual and storytelling sensibility.
  • A savvy understanding of how social, digital, promotions, and advertising content connects to culture and audiences.
  • Willingness to travel (20%)
