Responsibilities
- Conduct end-to-end recruitment processes (profile alignment, sourcing, screening, interviews, pipeline management, offer and closure).
- Manage a high volume of concurrent openings, ensuring consistent pace, organization and quality of delivery.
- Work directly with managers, heads and directors, ensuring ongoing alignment, clear communication and adherence to deadlines.
- Conduct structured interviews, assessing both technical and behavioral competencies.
- Ensure continuous updates to the ATS and monitor recruitment metrics.
- Support processes in English, including interviews and interactions with international stakeholders.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment & Selection.
- Solid experience with end-to-end recruitment processes.
- Proven track record in high-volume hiring environments.
- Experience partnering directly with senior managers, managers and directors.
- Fluent English (minimum B2).
- Availability for hybrid work (onsite 3x per week in São Paulo).
- Organized and disciplined profile with a strong sense of prioritization and urgency.
- Experience in technology companies, digital environments or high-growth organizations.
- Familiarity with ATS and recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, SLA, funnel).
