About the role

  • Talent Acquisition Specialist for a multinational digital gaming and casino company. Focused on high-volume recruitment processes in São Paulo area with direct engagement with senior management.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct end-to-end recruitment processes (profile alignment, sourcing, screening, interviews, pipeline management, offer and closure).
  • Manage a high volume of concurrent openings, ensuring consistent pace, organization and quality of delivery.
  • Work directly with managers, heads and directors, ensuring ongoing alignment, clear communication and adherence to deadlines.
  • Conduct structured interviews, assessing both technical and behavioral competencies.
  • Ensure continuous updates to the ATS and monitor recruitment metrics.
  • Support processes in English, including interviews and interactions with international stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment & Selection.
  • Solid experience with end-to-end recruitment processes.
  • Proven track record in high-volume hiring environments.
  • Experience partnering directly with senior managers, managers and directors.
  • Fluent English (minimum B2).
  • Availability for hybrid work (onsite 3x per week in São Paulo).
  • Organized and disciplined profile with a strong sense of prioritization and urgency.
  • Experience in technology companies, digital environments or high-growth organizations.
  • Familiarity with ATS and recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, SLA, funnel).
