Responsibilities
Own campaign organization and distribution for all in-season initiatives, including supplemental tools, and maintain the campaign code database.
Coordinate with sales management and dealer experience teams to identify and deliver essential sales tools for global teams.
Build and maintain sales tools required across global sales teams to ensure readiness and efficiency.
Support MAP break communications and notifications in partnership with sales management and eCommerce teams.
Provide daily operational support to sales managers and representatives, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Ensure seasonal readiness of B2B sites and in-season campaigns to enable smooth execution.
Collaborate cross-functionally to drive sales operations readiness and accountability across the organization.
Assist with dealer setup forms, ensuring accurate item and product information for all brands.
Maintain key account agreement database and collect required materials, including signed vendor agreements, price lists, and compliance forms.
Provide cross-functional support for broader Sales Operations initiatives as needed.
Requirements
Bachelors’ Degree in business management, sales, or related field; or Associates’ Degree + 2 years of sales support, project management, or applicable experience; or 4 years of applicable experience.
Proven success working in a fast-paced, sales environment.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Power BI experience is a plus.
The ability to collaborate extensively across all levels of the organization.
Experience working with ERP, CRM, and B2B platforms. (Microsoft Navision, NetSuite, Elastic, etc.)
