About the role

  • Payroll Consultant role supporting Revantage APAC Payroll implementation and managing payroll operations in Singapore. Collaborating with teams to enhance payroll accuracy and productivity.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with payroll internal project group and vendor to understand and document business requirements
  • Assist with delivering ADP Global Payroll for a complex operational model (multi-country, multi-entity operations)
  • Support Revantage APAC Payroll implementation project through readiness and adoption activities, including training, data migration and validation planning and Go Live
  • Support the People Ops team by maintaining strict confidentiality, data integrity, and governance across all people systems (Bamboo)
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement to enhance payroll accuracy, productivity, and team effectiveness during implementation/set up.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 4 years of payroll experience
  • Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience managing payroll in Singapore
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience working with payroll vendors
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and organisational skills
  • Strong knowledge of payroll processes, employment tax, and statutory regulations.
