Responsibilities
Collaborate with payroll internal project group and vendor to understand and document business requirements
Assist with delivering ADP Global Payroll for a complex operational model (multi-country, multi-entity operations)
Support Revantage APAC Payroll implementation project through readiness and adoption activities, including training, data migration and validation planning and Go Live
Support the People Ops team by maintaining strict confidentiality, data integrity, and governance across all people systems (Bamboo)
Identify opportunities for continuous improvement to enhance payroll accuracy, productivity, and team effectiveness during implementation/set up.
Requirements
Minimum of 4 years of payroll experience
Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience managing payroll in Singapore
Minimum of 2 years of experience working with payroll vendors
Excellent communication, analytical, and organisational skills
Strong knowledge of payroll processes, employment tax, and statutory regulations.
