Responsibilities
Serás responsable de liderar el negocio end to end de una cuenta estratégica, definiendo e implementando planes comerciales que impulsen el crecimiento sostenible y la rentabilidad, actuando como partner clave tanto a nivel interno como externo.
Definir la estrategia comercial de la cuenta, alineada con los objetivos globales
Liderar negociaciones clave (sell-in) y asegurar el rendimiento en punto de venta (sell-out)
Analizar KPIs y tendencias de mercado para identificar oportunidades de crecimiento
Traducir insights en planes de acción concretos y medibles
Actuar como interlocutor principal con el cliente, construyendo relaciones de largo plazo
Coordinar equipos internos de forma transversal (marketing, supply, retail, etc.)
Liderar y desarrollar equipo directo, garantizando alineación y excelencia operativa
Requirements
Experiencia consolidada (+5 años) como KAM en entornos Retail y/o Wholesale
Background en sectores del retail o gran consumo
Alta capacidad analítica y visión estratégica de negocio
Experiencia en gestión de equipos y liderazgo transversal
Excelentes habilidades de negociación, influencia y comunicación
Nivel alto de inglés C1 mínimo
Perfil orientado a resultados, con mentalidad de crecimiento y enfoque comercial
